Problem & Purpose Statement

100 California Street, in the Financial District of San Francisco,
has designated smoking areas within its
perimeter, however, due to lack of visible signage,
people still smoke near the ventilation of the
building.

The purpose of this study was to research and develop a
means of effectively informing people about
the location of its designated smoking
areas.
