Yesterday, I met up with Chaudel Baker, the Property Manager of the Broadway Real Estate Services, which was hired by the 100 California Street building for management service. I asked her several quetions regarding the history and the issue of smoking in building.
Also, I observed the people that smoked in the building and took picture for my documentation. I handed out survey to the people that worked in the 100 California Street building.
