Final Problem & Purpose Stmt

Problem Statement:
100 California Street, in the Financial District of San Francisco, does not have a designated smoking area within its perimeter, therefore, people still smoke near the ventilation of the building.

Purpose Statement:
The purpose of this study was to research and develop a means of effectively informing people about the location of its designated smoking areas.
